અભયારણ્ય_એટલે_શું ? What is the Sanctua ry?? In guj arati ઘણા લોકો એમ માનતા હોઈ છે કે અભ્યારણ એટલે જ્યાં જંગલી પ્રાણીઓ અને પક્ષીઓ ને વનવિભાગ દ્વારા સાચવી (મોટા પાંજરમાં) ને બતાવવા માટે રાખેલા હોઈ તેવો વિસ્તાર; અથવા તો ઘણા લોકો પ્રાણીસંગ્રહલાય જેવી જ કલ્પના કરતા હોય છે. પરંતુ આજે આ લેખમાં આપણે અભયારણ્ય વિશે એવી ટૂંકી ચર્ચા જોશું કે જેથી અભયારણ્ય નો સાચો ખ્યાલ આવે. ટૂંકમાં કહીએ તો  #અભયારણ્ય_એટલે સરકાર દ્વારા જાહેર કરેલો એવી પ્રાકૃતિક વિસ્તાર, કે જ્યાં પ્રાણીઓ, પક્ષીઓ અથવા કોઈ પણ વન્યજીવો અભય રહીને અરણ્યમાં (જંગલ વિસ્તાર) મુક્ત રીતે હરી-ફરી કરી શકે. આવા આરક્ષિત વિસ્તારમાં વન્યજીવો કોઈપણ પ્રકારના ભય, કે માનવીય ખલેલ કે ડર વગર રહેતા હોય છે. જ્યારે અભયારણ્ય ની મુલાકાતે જઈએ ત્યારે આપણો હેતુ ત્યાંના પ્રકૃતિક આવાસો નો અભ્યાસ હોવો જોઈએ નહીં કે પીકનીક. પરંતુ અભયારણ્ય ની વ્યાખ્યા ની જાણકારી, ના હોવાથી લોકોમાં  "અભયારણ્ય એ પીકનીક પ્લેસ છે જ્યાં હરવું ફરવા નું સ્થળ" તેવો ખોટો ખ્યાલ હોય છે. તેથી જ અભ્યારણની મુલાકાતે આવતા મોટા ભાગના લોકો કલરફુલ - રંગબેરંગી કપડાં પહેરીને, ફરવા...
